
XINYI WANG
Born in Beijing, Xinyi Wang earned his M.Arch degree from the University of Western Australia in Perth. His journey in architecture has taken him across the globe, with professional experiences in Australia, parts of Europe, Japan, and China. Xinyi has contributed to notable projects such as the Sydney Football Stadium, the Southbank by Beulah competitions in Melbourne, New Science Museum competition in Shenzhen and the Serpentine Pavilion in the UK. Beyond architecture, his public installation art has received international acclaim, with his latest work showcased in Portugal.
Xinyi's creative spirit refuses to be confined to a single style, engaging in an eternal dialogue with himself, navigating the intricate pathways of thought and design. His approach blends sensitivity, poetry, research and rationale, enveloped in the enigmatic whispers of ambiguity. As a registered architect in NSW, Xinyi finds fascination in the oddities of daily existence, exploring these curiosities through a lens of inquiry, design, and bold experimentation.
