Digital Design Tools: Change Management - On Demand

2 Formal CPD Points
Available On Demand

This course has been designed to assist practices looking to move from one design software to another, and in particular, those who are making the transition to a BIM system.
Speakers Stewart Caldwell (Russell & Yelland) and Codey Cartwright (Snøhetta) will talk through everything you need to consider when making a change, addressing both the big picture and the small details, including:

  • change management strategies,
  • developing a road map,
  • overcoming technical hurdles, and
  • ‘tips and tricks’ for a smooth transition

Their presentation will be followed by a panel discussion reflecting on challenges that various practices have faced and overcome in making their own transitions, plus a look at what options might suit your practice beyond the Revit vs Archicad debate.
