Joseph Healey is a UK qualified Architectural Technologist, with 16 years professional practice experience since graduation from the University of Nottingham. Joseph has worked on historical renovations and a stadium conversion in central London with EPR Architects, followed by 4 years with Gensler in the Middle East, working on high end hotels, masterplans, residential skyscrapers and a movie inspired theme park called Motiongate. Joseph then joined Cox Architecture in Melbourne, working on residential towers and the Sydney Football Stadium. For the past 18 months, Joseph has been at NBS Australia helping the industry to integrate digital specification writing alongside Revit and ArchiCAD modelling. 

As a design-focussed architect with a strong track record of delivering successful projects across multiple sectors in the UK, Australia and Malaysia, Mark has a comprehensive understanding of the construction industry and the property market. He leads the practice's complex major projects from the initial design phase through to completion.  Mark’s other areas of focus at CHT are; design management, feasibility, mentorship and sustainable design.
