The theme for the 2023 Australian Architecture Conference – precedent – has been formulated in consultation with senior Institute members and under the direction of the National President. It is the time to reflect on what has come before, focus on how we face the future and shape what is yet to come.

Throughout the registration process please note the following:

  • Please complete all fields marked *
  • Your information will be encrypted and securely forwarded to the secretariat.
  • Please select 1 concurrent session for each time slot.
  • You should receive a confirmation email within 15 minutes of registering.
  • If you do not receive your confirmation email, please send us an email at conference@architecture.com.au.


Registration Prices

Please note that the ticket price you see listed is associated with your level of Institute membership. Therefore, if you are an A+ individual member for example, you will only be shown the A+ individual member ticket rate.

Standard registrations from 2 August 2023 to 6 October 2023.

Fringe Events

There will be number of Fringe events occurring during conference. Please note inclusion details of your registration, many of the Fringe events will require purchase and separate registration.

MODDEX WELCOME FUNCTION - All Single Day ticket must purchase a ticket additionally. (Inclusive of Full Conference Registration tickets only)
BONDOR METECNO GALA DINNER - All Single Day ticket must purchase a ticket additionally. (Inclusive of Full Conference Registration tickets only)
NETWORKING EVENT HOSTED BY SONA & EMAGN-join us for a relaxed evening bringing together built environment professionals in Canberra. Separate registration here 
DIVERSITY IN ARCHITECTURE BREAKFAST EVENT - This is an optional event with limited spaces. You can add a ticket to the breakfast event during your registration for a Conference ticket. 
GENERATION EXCHANGE BREAKFAST HOSTED BY SONA & EMAGN - This is an optional event with limited spaces. You can add a ticket to this breakfast, these are purchasable separately here.
NATIONAL AWARDS CEREMONY - Please note your ticket to conference does not include a ticket to the National Awards Event, these are purchasable separately here.
