Join us for the 2024 Country Division Architecture Awards. This celebration of the architecture of our Regions is one not to be missed. Following on the success of last year's event, we are gathering in Byron Bay for this year's celebration Come along and celebrate the announcements of the winners and commended projects with clients, colleagues and collaborators. Ticket includes canapés and beverages. You may also be interested in attending our Regional Roadshow CPD Event also being held in Byron Bay on the 20th October. Tickets will be on sale shortly. Early Bird tickets end Thursday 10th August.

Reminder: Make sure you book accommodation as early as you can in Byron Bay for these Awards. We are looking forward to finally celebrating the Awards in person with you. The first time since Covid. Very exciting. See you there.

Master of Ceremonies - Peter Colquhoun

Artist / Architect and TV presenter Pete Colquhoun has extensive media credits across a range of genres. For the past 16 years he has been the resident architect on Australia’s number one life-style show ‘Better Homes and Gardens’. Across our screens Pete has hosted and presented a range of Lifestyle, Reality and Sports TV programs. He is creator and host of the acclaimed series on Australian coastal homes ‘Sandcastles’ and ‘Amazing Homes’ Australia , 7 Network.
Currently he is appearing in the third series of Habitus House of the year and filming ‘Australia by Design’. Pete is also a regular contributor to Australia’s leading design magazines including ‘Habitus’, ’Grand Designs’ and ‘Better homes and Gardens ‘ as well as author of ‘Sandcastles’.
As a qualified and practicing architect Peter was awarded a National Architectural commendation for his work on the design of North Bondi Surf Club.

NSW Chapter President - Adam Haddow

In 2023, Adam became the NSW Chapter President of the Australian Institute of Architects and will serve a two-year term,
Adam is a vocal advocate for equality in his practice and industry. He is a member of Architects Champion of Change and spearheaded SJB’s involvement with social enterprises. Adam actively seeks First Nations co-design outcomes and adopts the maxim of the draft NSW Designing with Country framework.


Phoebe Glanville - Chair of the Regional Committee and Director at Alleanza Architecture

Phoebe has had broad experience in both the design and construction sectors. Her subsequent experience in architecture has seen Phoebe emerge as a leading practitioner in school education projects with project-based experience including masterplanning, design and contract administration during construction on a number of significant projects
