The Coffs Harbour Foreshore Community Building is on a key axial node within the Foreshore area. It acts as central public facility and gathering place for activity in the precinct. The design has an iconic and expressive structure, reflective of the Coffs Harbour lifestyle and vernacular, and sits comfortably in its landscape by integrating the site’s character and location into its architecture.  The Coffs Harbour Foreshore Community building has become a recognised symbol of the reactivated waterfront and future prospect of the Precinct.
