Join us for a guided tour of Coastal House by Walknorth Architects.
The Coastal House at Mullaway is a flexible, multi-generational house located in a popular beachside suburb north of Coffs Harbour. The design response prioritises a landscape platform upon which all built spaces function. The landscape also plays a pivotal role in spatial separation through level changes and planting to enable separated and different modes of habitation for different generations. The built form and materials are a direct response to a specific local climate developed over many different projects.
This tour is one in a series of architectural events held in conjunction with the 2026 NSW Regional Architecture Awards in Coffs Harbour. For more information on the Awards evening, click here. Photographer: Simon Whitbred
