Embark on an informative and engaging site tour of the Salisbury Aquatic Centre!
 
The Salisbury Aquatic Centre is being delivered in conjunction with the State Government and City of Salisbury, due for completion mid-2024. The new multi-use facility will provide a year-round experience for the community with a fully enclosed warm water program pool, a 25m lap and leisure pool, a fully equipped gym and multi-purpose room. External to the facility, there will be a new 50m pool, 10m high triple waterslide tower and a children’s waterplay and splash pad which will be surrounded by landscaping and seating facilities.
 
Join City Collective’s Project Leader Susan Powell and Site Manager Scott Charlton [Mossop] for a site tour to gain insights into the preparation of the Principles Project Requirements [PPR], water safety liaison, consultant coordination and the challenges on site. 

Meet at 4pm the SA Chapter, L2, 15 Leigh Street bus departs 4:15pm. 
Following the site tour the bus will return to Leigh Street at approx 6:30pm.

All participants will be required to bring their own PPE, including steel capped boots, hard hat and high vis vest. If you do not have your own PPE, please contact the SA Chapter (sa@architecture.com.au) to organise a loan from the Institute.
