Join EmAGN for an on-site visit to Homes Tasmania’s Teering Road Social Housing development, designed by Preston Lane. This project delivers 15 two-bedroom affordable housing units, arranged across a mix of two- and three-storey buildings. The development incorporates covered car parking and a north-facing communal outdoor space to support resident amenity and community connection.

Architect Ryan Gates (Preston Lane) and Project Manager Claire Austin (Homes Tasmania) will lead the visit, providing insights into the design approach, delivery process, and key challenges and opportunities encountered throughout the project. This is a valuable opportunity to explore contemporary social housing design and engage directly with the project team.
