Anna Maskiell
Anna is a registered Architect and co-founder of Footscray-based architectural consultancy Public Realm Lab, which exists to enrich public life. Anna was the lead for Powerhouse Place – the revitalisation of the Powerhouse on the Mighty Murray in Mildura which was awarded the Victorian Architecture Medal in 2024.

Michael Macleod
Michael has been a core part of the Kennedy Nolan team since 2009 and was appointed Director of Architecture in 2017.
He has a strong interest in the social responsibilities of architects and a continued involvement in teaching.
His experience covers a wide array of projects and typologies, from single houses to public precincts.

Lloyd McCathie, Associate Principal
Lloyd is an architect with over 20 years of experience, specialising in master planning and sustainable design. Since joining KTA in 2016, he has led award-winning projects, including the Broadmeadows Town Hall redevelopment and the Queen & Collins design competition, as well as the Bundanon Art Museum & Bridge project.

David Leggett
David is the Practice leader and qualified architect in Victoria (19349) and the UK. Originally from the UK David studied architecture at the University of East London and the University of Westminster. He worked with Edward Cullinan Architects as Director for over 10 years, before coming to Melbourne in 2011. His built projects have been widely published internationally, most notably the Bristol Harbourside Masterplan, Singapore Management University, the International Digital Laboratory for the University of Warwick and the Master Film Store for the British Film Institute.
David has expertise in construction detailing, fabrication and assembly. His interest lies in the materialisation and delivery of projects with innovative technical solutions that reinforce the clarity of a design concept to ensure the delivery of a client’s vision and aspiration.

Bonnie Herring
Bonnie is an architect and sustainability advocate with over 15 years of experience embedding ecological and social values into architectural practice. At Breathe Architecture, she contributed to award-winning projects focused on sustainable and community-driven design. More recently, her role in the City of Melbourne’s City Design studio has deepened her expertise in civic design and collaborative urban strategies.
Bonnie has focused focus on improving practice processes, design coordination, and delivery across diverse typologies. As a new member of Victorian Chapter Council, Bonnie shares knowledge through collaboration and industry events. She is committed to fostering innovation and empowering architects to drive meaningful change for a more sustainable future.
