Join this important forum and conversation with Noongar Elder, researcher and writer Sandra Harben and leading practitioners, including award-winning Architects Shane Winter and Drew Penhale (Penhale & Winter Architects), Fiona Hogg (Dept Finance - Major Projects), Kieran Wong (Fulcrum Agency) and Doctor of Philosophy Christine Scoggin (Director of Strategy and Partnerships for the Aboriginal Cultural Centre - DLGSC)

The evening will focus on real case studies, emerging projects, and engagement process. Then join your colleagues afterwards for network drinks.

Sandra Harben - Consultant, Richmond Consultancy (with) Shane Winter and Drew Penhale, Penhale & Winter Architects.
Sandra is a creative Whadjuk Noongar cultural consultant working across social services, government and business. Sandra will welcome us to Country and discuss the National Award-winning project ‘Gathering Place’, a collaboration with Shane Winter and Drew Penhale of Penhale & Winter Architects.

Fiona Hogg FRAIA - Senior Project Director, Major Projects, Department of Finance 
Fiona will discuss her experience working with traditional owners in Northern Australia, both with Troppo Architects and her own firm,  and how it has influenced her approach to practice.

DR Christine Scoggin - Director of Strategy and Partnerships for the Aboriginal Cultural Centre
Christine is a not-for-profit management and arts professional with over 20 years experience in intercultural facilitation and community engagement. She is currently the Director of Strategy and Partnerships for the Aboriginal Cultural Centre project to be established on Whadjuk Noongar Boodja in Boorloo (Perth).
