PAUL AUGELLO

National Commercial Manager, DuluxGroup

Paul has over 36 years of experience mostly at DuluxGroup Australia. The majority of his career has been with the Dulux AcraTex coating business overseeing new business development across Australia, New Zealand, China, Southeast Asia focusing on high build facade coatings for both the remedial and new construction market segments. Paul has been involved providing facade coating solutions for both traditional building substrates and today’s growing demand of new emerging panelised substrates used for fast track construction in multiresidential, commercial and infrastructure market segments.  

Paul is also well versed in facade remedial solutions over various types of substrates with defects in need of repairs and recoating typically found in multi-residential apartments blocks, high-rise commercial, heritage buildings and concrete bridges to name just a few.  

Working with builders, specifiers, facade engineers, contractors, owners corporations and heritage bodies assisting to solving their facade challenges from both a technical and aesthetic point of view, Paul has the knowledge to assist building professionals with facade assessments and solutions by development of project specific specifications, on-site technical support and total project management and facilitation from concept to execution.
