Overview
Member Lean-in: Thermal Bridging: Keep your building thermal bridge free!
Elena Cazacu has a passion for building physics and Passivhaus design being extensively exposed to building science courses while studying to become an architect.
She believes that Building physics needs to hold a strong presence within the architectural training programs and future generations architects should develop a strong intrinsic sense for building physics, to be able to create truly sustainable and healthy architectural solutions that will last for generations to come.
Elena will share her knowledge on thermal bridging, their common occurrence and how to identify them as well as their immediate effects on the building fabric and the occupant's health.
