Available On Demand

This informal CPD course will bring you up to speed with current regulatory context around competition law compliance.

Governance refers to the processes, activities and relationships that ensures an organisation is effectively and properly run, by having practices and procedures in place that help us work effectively and within strict legal parameters.  It involves a culture of accountability and transparency, ensuring we work towards our strategic plan and within the law, to minimise risk and to maintain a strict adherence to appropriate conduct.

Adherence to appropriate governance applies to everyone – to that end, it is imperative that you view this critical 44 minute educational video on Competition Law Compliance Training, which has been developed specifically for the Institute by an external law firm, Gadens.
